The group is headed by Mr. Vijay Bagaria, Executive Chairman and Owner, having over 35 years experience in diverse fields.

Mr. Ashish Bagaria, Director and co-owner, is an MTM (Master of Technology Management) from Bond University, Australia, looking after operations of national and international markets.

Mr. GauravH Bagaria, Director and co-owner, is an MBA from Cardiff, UK, and heads the Tezpur Division, in Assam (India).

Mr. Rajesh Himatsingka, Director, is owner of one of the largest business houses of North-East India, including Himatsingka Auto Ltd, Guwahati.

Mr. A. K. Sangal, Executive Director (Technical), heads the group’s engineering and R&D activities.

Mr. Shiv Shankar Datta, General Manager (Marketing), heads the group’s Sales and Marketing activities.

Mr. R. N. Gupta, General Manager (Finance & Accounts), heads the group’s Finance department.
