RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

T & I engages in a comprehensive range of research and development activities to extend its technological expertise and support new product development. Each new product launched by T & I, as listed under “Products & Services”, has taken the industry by storm. T & I has worked in close coordination with Tea Research Association and other institutes and experts from leading tea companies for development and improvement of machinery used in different stages of tea processing. T & I’s pioneering efforts in R & D have fetched it the WIPO award from the United Nations Organization as well as the Invention Promotion Award from the NRDC (National Research Development Corporation), Govt of India. We remain committed to meeting the challenges of the future, creating products of lasting value through a clear and comprehensive grasp of the underlying technologies.
